- We agree that submitted Certificates shall be approved from 8.30AM to 4.45PM on working days.
- We agree to submit a proper ‘Certificate of Origin' document with correct supportive documents such as “Certification of Country of Origin” form duly filled,Form B ,Business Registration Copy (First time submission only),Import Custom Declaration (Import CUSDEC) and Export Custom Declaration (Export CUSDEC) Party Copy,Commercial Invoice, Import Country of Origin Certificate
- We shall submit the CUSDEC on the point of submission.
- In the case of Inability to submit CUSDEC party copy/ Entry copy at the point of CO submission; We shall
- Submit A formal Letter/Email to the Chamber elaborating reasons.
- Submit the CUSDEC and relevant documents within 5 days (working days) to the Chamber, from the date of CO issuance.
- We shall indicate the quantity and value of products mentioned at a Certificate of Origin
- In the event of the above cannot be indicated exactly on the CO document when submitted; We shall
- Provide a letter to the NCE explaining the reason as to why the quantities/values cannot be indicated, specifying the nature of the goods.
- Submit the CUSDECs indicating the final export value.
- We shall submit a letter explaining the reason as to why the COs are requested in the
specified manner', in the Event Documentation offices are located in other countries;
hence the COs carry a different address as the Consignee;
- We agreed to furnish further details such as the shipper's name appearing on the BL and the CUSDEC verification to the Chamber.
- We agreed that The CO will only carry the date as the "Receipt of Shipment date" or BL
date.
- We shall submit a letter specifying the reasons as to the requirement of date changes to the Chamber.
- We shall furnish Forwarders' cargo receipt (FCR) as a supportive document When certain Buyers/Countries require exact dates of shipments to be on CO documents, in that case can Cos be issued forward-dated or backdated.
- We agree to submit supportive documents within 5 working days to the Chamber.
- We agree to adhere to the payment terms by the NCE
- Approval of the Certificate of Origin solely the decision of the NCE, based on information and required documentation provided. The Chamber has the right to reject in the instance of sufficient document is not provided.
